I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, improve their mental well-being and achieve their personal goals. I offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, to achieve meaningful lasting change.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to identify and address the challenges you face. I am here to provide guidance, support, and expertise, but you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will set goals and develop strategies to help you achieve the positive changes you desire.

I have completed my studies in the university of Sigmund Freud and received my license in 2019 in Vienna, Austria, the place where psychotherapy was born. As well I have completed my Master degree at Liverpool John Moores University in 2023. The modality of counselling on offer can be Systemic (BA.pth) or Person-Centred Psychotherapy (MA.pth.) I have worked in diverse mental health settings. I have experience working with a variety of issues and I understand different cultural perspectives, due to my international travels and studies.

I am skilled to work with adolescents and adults, and conduct group therapy and couple therapy. Currently I am located in Sweden.
